Molly joined the GEF IEO in 2015. She supports the office's work on both performance and thematic evaluations. She recently contributed to the 2020 Program Evaluation of the Least Developed Countries Fund, the LDCF/SCCF Annual Evaluation Report 2020, and the 2020 Annual Performance Report.

Molly came to the GEF’s Independent Evaluation Office from the World Bank’s Development Economics Data Group, where she collected and compiled debt statistics as part of World Bank’s Debt Reporter System. Previous to joining the World Bank, Molly was an Evaluation Officer on the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Team at the National Democratic Institute. While at NDI, she assisted in field research and data analysis for an impact evaluation of a governance project in Cambodia, and travelled to field offices in Uganda and Nigeria to assist in M+E set up and preparation for final project evaluation.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Pacific International Affairs from the University of California at San Diego and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
