As the readers of this blog know, climate change adaptation is a sprawling and confounding concept, challenging both to pursue and to evaluate.

The European Union has just published the latest in a long line of reports which examine the progress achieved so far towards targets under the Kyoto Protocol as well as 2020 targets set at EU level.

Climate-Eval is about to embark on its fourth study, which will document good practices in indicators for evaluating climate change adaptation projects and programs.
